Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These terms govern every purchase order issued to Trans Cable International, Inc. unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing.

Standard minimums apply by product; cut-to-length orders are billed per foot.

FOB Bonham, Texas unless agreed otherwise. Freight and methods are confirmed on the order.

Damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours.

Call before returning. Non-standard or cut-to-length product is not returnable.

Terms are net 30 for approved accounts unless stated on the invoice.
